All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis, according to your chosen plan. If payment is not received by the due date, your services may be suspended or terminated. Prices may change with prior notice. Promotional pricing may differ from renewal rates.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel services at any time. Some services may be eligible for a money-back guarantee—please refer to specific plan details. Domain registrations, SSLs, and third-party services are non-refundable.
9. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal or abusive activity
- Failure to make payment
- Activities that impact our service infrastructure or reputation
10. Limitation of Liability
Webfort is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or service interruption, even if advised of such damages.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webfort, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
12. Support
Webfort offers support via email and support tickets. Support is limited to issues directly related to your hosting service. We do not offer support for third-party software or code debugging.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of England.
