If you need to cancel your account for any reason, a cancellation request can be submitted through your client area. To do this:
- Login to your client account at https://portal.webfort.co.uk
- Click Services > My Services
- Click 'View Details'
- In the left sidebar click "Request Cancellation"
- Please provide a reason for your cancellation and select either "Immediate" or "End of Term".
